i am in love with fabric, especially this one that kristen doran from www.cheekybeaks.blogspot.com just posted on her site (i hope she doesn't mind that i'm flashing her pic around). i can't wait until she gets some in her shop. i'm thinking summer dress or maybe a retro inspired full skirt.my aim is to steer away from the spotlight sales & grab myself some locally designed & printed fabric. my hesitatation in the past has only been because fabric is such a tactile thing & not being able to feel the fabric makes it hard for me to vision if it'll work in a project. we need more people selling their fabric in perth at markets etc or if they are, they need to tell me where they're selling it but it can't be little a piddly square, i need metres & metres!!
